Inspection Reports

The purpose of an Inspection Report is to look for any hidden damages you may have missed, so appropriate measures can be taken to ensure your home is in good condition.

We are currently working throughout Scotland and the north of England to complete Inspection Reports, which are provided with comprehensive written reports on all aspects of your home’s condition along with pictures and recommendations for any necessary work that needs to be carried out.

When we are carrying out an inspection report, there are many questions that need to be asked:

In our Inspection Report we examine everything, from the roof right down to the concrete base that your home is sited on. We also look at the gutters, soffits, fascias, the walls, the windows and the seals round the windows, the drip-rail and the skirting. Afterwards we check the chassis, plumbing, pipe lagging and insulation throughout the home.

This approach leaves nothing unchecked and provides you with a full report on your home informing you of any possible nasty surprises.

After the report is complete we conduct a one on one meeting to explain what we found in our report and, if there’s any work we recommend needs done, then we will provide you with a written estimate as well as what methods we will take to carry out the work.
