Unfortunately, floors can be subjected to water ingress from many different sources. It can seep in through the walls or from leaking pipes which degrades the structural integrity of the floor and causes it to become soft. Should this happen, we can fix this problem with the following steps:
- Repair internal rotting and floor support
- Fit new floor boards
- Lay new carpet, vinyl or floor boards
